A Power Outage is an event in which the lights go out. Everything turns into different shades of red, including the crystals, spikes and puddles, even the sharks! The human safe-zone barrier also shuts off, so it's easy for the Gootraxians to attack the humans and harder for humans to defend. Basically the same as blackout but red.
