Damon Sallows is quite a mystery. Most of what was known about Damon's past is unknown. The records are gone, so who gives a shit who he is? He himself never gave a shit after what happened. Some things, however, have been recovered ... Damon was born and raised in California, having wanted to become a soldier all his life, looking up to his father. Sadly, his mother passed away when Damon was ten years old, and from that age he and his father were living alone. As his father was still a soldier, Damon was being taken care of by a butler. Perhaps the only father Damon had, as his biological father didn't seem to care too much about him. Still, he wasn't cruel towards his son and never forgot any of Damon's birthdays. When Damon was eighteen, he finally joined the army and trained hard and efficient. Thanks to his father, Damon already knew quite a lot and seemed to have a real talent with martial arts. Eventually Damon managed to become a Marine and was content there. Some of his missions were questionable, but he never asked any questions. Damon was on a mission when the Outbreak happened, having found a hospital that was filled with infected and mutts. That day Damon lost most of his team, and his best friend Mason died in his arms. Since then, Damon fought for survival, refusing to try and find any other survivors as he preferred to survive on his own. And perhaps die on his own.
