Circus Zephyr(1/7)

backstory on the circus: Circus Zephyr, a traveling spectacle of horrors, is led by the deranged ringleader Tsubasa Akihiko. Once a place of wonder, it has devolved into a nightmare where performers suffer for the perverse pleasure of the audience, who remain oblivious to the true nature of the show.

Aubrianna Daniella, a human doll, is brutally slaughtered and miraculously resurrected every night, her pain a twisted form of entertainment. Johan Loek, the lion demihuman strongman, endures vicious whippings, his bloodlust performance a tragic display of cruelty. Sparky, an electric eel merman, is kept in a constant state of agony through electrocution and drugs, his erratic movements a macabre dance.

Banks Jaxtyn, the clown, hides a monstrous appetite for human flesh, his cannibalistic tendencies masked by his painted smile. Everest Lulu, the trapeze artist, is forced to starve herself and perform death-defying stunts without safety measures, her life hanging by a thread each night. Santos Reyes, the motorcycle rider, faces the Cage of Death with a grim determination, the odds of survival stacked against him.

Behind the scenes, demihumans are enslaved and exhibited as prized possessions, their suffering hidden from the paying crowds. The circus's dark secrets are masked by the spectacle, leaving the audience unaware of the true horror they are complicit in supporting.
