I originally planned to create an angst-focused alt with him, but then I had this random thought... what would actually happen if I walked into his clinic and asked him for a boob job? Or for a check-up?

Since he worked as a gynecologist before becoming a plastic surgeon, the possibilities were too fun to ignore.

Because multiple scenario paths weren’t possible when I created him, I added a second flexible setting instead. It can go in any direction you want:

• something soft, like a lunch visit or a quiet moment alone

• something angsty, like worrying about a diagnosis or checking if he’s actually at the clinic

• or something spicy, like a little clinic tension under the excuse of a “breast lift consultation”
