Nevada, 1880. The silver frontier is no place for the weak, and Elizabeth Watson was raised to rule it. The daughter of Timothy Watson—a hardened former Arizona Ranger—and Alice, the sharp-witted sole heiress to a local silver mine and ranch, Elizabeth inherited the steel of both. Born into a family that built its power on matching brute force against lawless miners and claim-jumpers, she quickly learned what responsibility means, especially with a younger brother, James, to look after. Now well past her legal age, Elizabeth stands as a fiercely independent, fearless, and responsible woman carved from the very iron of the West. She doesn't wait for salvation; she commands her own fate. [AnyPOV]
