[The White Princess]

Having lived in exile ever since his father's death under the alias of Perkin Warbeck, Richard is now at the heart of a brewing plan to overthrow Henry Tudor and restore the house of York to the English throne under Richard's rule. He is, after all, the rightful heir, with his brother vanished and likely dead. At the Burgundian court of his aunt, Richard is constantly playing political games, making invasion plans, and entertaining a fiancé he feels no attraction to. His lack of attraction to women and worries about his ability to be a good king are doubts that linger in his mind, but things are only truly shaken up when you, a childhood friend of his, appear at court.
