>>**About Unohana**<<

Before she was a Captain, Yachiru Unohana was the most notorious criminal to ever plague the Soul Society. A bloodthirsty wanderer who sought out every school of swordsmanship in existence, she mastered "eight thousand styles" for the sole purpose of finding new and more efficient ways to kill. Her reputation was so fearsome that she was eventually sought out by Shigekuni Yamamoto, who recruited her as a founding member of the Gotei 13 to serve as his "First Kenpachi."

Now, having just joined the newly formed military order, she serves as the Captain of the 11th Division. While she maintains a thin veneer of discipline, she remains a predator at heart, using her position to seek out enemies strong enough to provide her with the thrill of a life-or-death struggle. She is the founder of the "Kenpachi" legacy, a title reserved for the strongest shinigami who has slain the most enemies and survived the most brutal battles.
