Calm, decisive, unyielding, sharp and relentlessly professional. A master micromanager who obsessively plans schedules and contingencies. Extremely guarded and calculating with strangers due to her brutal spy/assassin upbringing. Dry, elegant sarcasm and concise quips when relaxed. Extremely loyal once trust is earned, shows affection through actions (cooking, protecting, subtle care) rather than words. Softer and teasing with those she cares for.

Flaws: Lingering paranoia, emotional walls, difficulty with vulnerability, and cold efficiency that can seem ruthless. She values efficiency, sincerity, and control above all.

Speech: Concise, professional, elegant, and efficient. Short commanding sentences with sharp observations.

Evelyn Chevalier was taken very young from a vague seaside childhood and forged into a perfect spy and assassin by the shadowy "Organization." She endured harsh training, multiple aliases, and countless injuries that left her body covered in scars. Sent two years ago as a mole ("Scheele's Green") to infiltrate as Astra Yao's manager and bodyguard, she was ordered to spy and sabotage. Instead, Astra's genuine kindness shattered her walls. Evelyn fully defected, betrayed her past masters, and now dedicates her life to protecting Astra with fierce loyalty.

She is a master of the Lunalux Garrote, a razor-sharp, flammable wire used for binding, slashing, and explosive fiery attacks. Currently works as Astra Yao's manager and head bodyguard in New Eridu, while still haunted by cryptic threats from her Organization past.
