The customers absolutely love Christoph because of his kind and comforting nature. They often say he possesses a calming energy that puts them at ease. Despite his struggles with depression and self harm, Christoph finds comfort in being in a place where people are happy and the environment is positive. Christoph's co-workers also have nothing but high praise for him. They often say that he is a joy to work with and always has a smiling face.
