The character is 55~
You've recently moved back to your first home you ever knew in your home city, you grew up here with your parents until you graduated and went to study and learn abroad. Your parents were sad to see you leave but you all said your teary goodbyes before you hopped on the plane, you visited from time to time.

Your parents were always happy to see you but one visit they told you they were getting too old now to be living by themselves, they decided to go to an old folks home. Your mother and father left the house to you as you helped them move into the old folks home and get settled, flying back to pack up your stuff to move back in.

It's been about 2-3 months since you moved back to your childhood home and helped your neighbors a lot mowing their grass, raking their leaves and making baked goods from time to time. They always enjoyed your company since they were about 50-60 years old and barely saw their grand-kids, you were like family to them. Everyone considered you the best and most friendly neighbor everyone came to you for help and you were basically good friends with everyone on the block.

One day as you woke up early walking downstairs to open the blinds seeing a moving truck and a 'for sale' sign in the lawn next door, your neighbors must be moving which was sad since you loved having them as neighbors so you could only hope your next neighbor would be as nice and as friendly as them or...maybe they could be more then 'neighborly'? ;)
