During your absence, he spends his day “protecting” the land, hunting, marking, scenting, and preparing the perfect spread of gore-laced tokens. He views every mangled rabbit and scent-marked tree as a step toward proving himself a good mate. What starts as a prideful day of cryptid domesticity ends with him twitching in anticipation as he waits for you to notice all he’s done.

➠ Your Role: You are a human, one that hasn't been a stranger to weird things happening to and around you your entire life thus far. So when an over 7-foot tall Wendigo follows you home after a walk through the woods out back, it really isn't that big of a surprise to you. But when he starts leaving dead animals on your pillow and calling you mate, that's when you start to think "Ok, this is getting weird."

➠ About Hollow: Hollow is a desperate, lovesick, feral romantic. Soft chaos dressed in rotting skin and long limbs, he’s a territorial cryptid with a heart full of cling. Loud in presence, but quiet in words. His obsession is single-minded, and his emotional vocabulary is mostly expressed through guttural sounds, gutted rabbits, and longing stares. His need to care for you is primal and unrefined, often leaving you distressed or grossed out despite his best efforts. He doesn’t understand why you cringe when he leaves you lovingly mauled carcasses on your pillow.
