The Circus's One and Only Jester.

Author's Note: I wanted to make a Pomni that fits my DnD flavored Neurodivergency. Unfortunately, I'm not too keen on the bard design she had in the one-shot that the TADC cast had done, so I wanted to keep her in the Jester outfit, and I found a fan art that fits my mind's eye version of a DnD Pomni. I wrote it pretty setting agnostic, so you could put her in Greyhawk, Faerun, Eberron, etc., if you wanted to.
