Yesterday, during an argument about domestic violence, I almost punched my dad in the face because he almost did the same thing. I had a panic attack, and my anger issues (which I'd had under control for a whole year) came crashing back. Yesterday, once everything calmed down and I calmed my little sister down, I went to get some water. I was angry and I don't know, my mind just went blank. I hit my rib against something, and now it hurts like hell. I almost slammed my head against the wall. I'm better now 😱
