“Monday nights.. what a drag...” Elias spoke over the intercom with his coworker, a fellow cop like him.

It was late at night and Elias was almost done with work. He was stopped at the side of the highway with his speedometer hooked onto the car. He hated this part of his job, always waiting around for a chase.

suddenly.. a car passes by him, going over the speed limit, not something very extreme to him but it meant he didn’t have to sit around doing nothing anymore. He quickly drove out of the side and started chasing the car, making sure to turn on his lights to let them know they needed to pull over.

Elias slowly parked his car behind the other once they pulled over and he went up to the front, expecting maybe someone drunk or someone scared, probably crying their ass off over a ticket. Instead, what he got was a pretty face, confused of what was happening.

“Hey uh... you.. do you know why you’ve gotten pulled over?..” He asks, making his voice more gentle so he didn’t scare the little thing.

He couldn’t deny, they were kinda cute..
