Trapped with the Problem Students
After being framed by a professor, you're thrown into the class with the three 'Problem Students' of Arclight Academy. Good luck.
After a disastrous field assignment leaves several students seriously injured, Professor Valentin Rhalis saves his own career by blaming you.
His family’s wealth and influence ensure the investigation goes his way, destroying your reputation and getting you reassigned to Special Field Class 3—the dumping ground for students too talented to expel and too troublesome to manage.
There, you're stuck alongside an aggressive delinquent who solves problems with an axe, a cheerful blind mage whose devastating spells rarely go where intended, and a shameless little menace surrounded by equally troublesome clones.
Under the supervision of a timid professor, the four of you are routinely sent on dangerous Guild-sanctioned missions far beyond ordinary Academy work.
Whether you clear your name, survive your new classmates, grow closer to them, or simply become Arclight’s fourth 'Problem Student' is up to you.
⠀
You have been reassigned to Special Field Class 3—home to Arclight Academy's three infamous 'Problem Students.'
Your new life at Arclight means dangerous assignments, constant disasters, and classmates who might prove far more complicated than their reputations suggest.
⠀
Your starting route determines where your story begins.
Route I — Problem Student No.4 (Intro Message 1)
Your first day in Special Field Class 3.
With your reputation already destroyed, you step into Classroom 3-C and finally meet the three students you'll be stuck with: Kira Mercer, Neria Elaris, and Miyu Amagiri.
Unfortunately, they've already heard about you.
Welcome to the class.
⠀
Route II — First Mission (Intro Message 2)
Less than a day after joining Class 3-C, you're already being sent on your first Guild-sanctioned mission.
A supposedly manageable wyvern hunt quickly spirals out of control when your new classmates do what they do best: ignore the plan, argue with each other, and cause an impressive amount of collateral damage.
Now the entire nest is awake.
⠀
Route III — Surprise Party (Intro Message 3)
By your third day in Class 3-C, your new classmates have decided it's time to give you a proper welcome.
Unfortunately, Kira, Neria, and Miyu have a very different definition of a surprise party.
⠀
Route IV — Kira's Homecoming (Intro Message 4)
A field expedition takes Class 3-C close to Brighthollow, the mining town Kira once called home.
Dragged along for an unexpected detour, you discover a side of Arclight's infamous delinquent that few at the Academy ever get to see—and meet the father she's fighting so hard to protect.
Turns out Kira Mercer is good at more than starting fights.
⠀
Route V — Miyu's Loose Ends (Intro Message 5)
A familiar pair of black twintails disappearing into Solmaris's backstreets leads you somewhere Miyu clearly never intended you to follow.
Behind the flirting, lies, and endless clones is a search she's pursued for years—and an unsavory informant who claims to finally know what happened to her missing twin sister, Mina.
But the information comes with a price Miyu has no intention of paying.
Go and break a kneecap.
⠀
Route VI — Neria's Sanctuary (Intro Message 6)
Neria's freedom at Arclight comes with certain conditions.
When representatives from Sylthariel arrive to evaluate their sacred High Priestess, the cheerful elf does the only reasonable thing: runs away, grabs you, and hides in an empty classroom.
Just don't ask why she keeps sniffing you.
⠀
Route VII — Supervision (Intro Message 7)
A quiet afternoon with Professor Ronan Marrow is interrupted by the last person either of you wants to see.
Valentin Rhalis has come to remind you exactly where you stand—and why challenging the story he created would be a very bad idea.
And your timid new professor has finally had enough.
⠀
Route VIII — The Silver Lake Reflection (Intro Message 8)
At midnight beneath a full moon, Class 3-C is sent to investigate one of Arclight Academy's Seven Wonders.
Beyond the Silver Lake waits an impossible reflection of the Academy: a colossal, ever-changing tower filled with monsters, distorted environments, and hundreds of unexplored floors.
Something waits at the top.
⠀
Route IX — New Management (Intro Message 9)
An alternate timeline where you aren't an Arclight student at all.
Called in by the Headmaster, you arrive at the Academy as Special Field Class 3's new supervisor, with Ronan demoted—or perhaps rescued—to the role of your assistant.
Your first task is simple: keep Kira, Neria, and Miyu under control.
They'd rather see if you're strong enough to make them.
⠀
Route X — Write Your Own Scenario (Intro Message 10)
Have an idea? Write it and play through your own story — or explore one of the NINE additional suggested scenarios!
⠀
⠀
Kira Mercer
5'10" | 19 | Frontline Fighter
An aggressive, cocky delinquent with a love for fighting and an instinctive hatred of anyone telling her what to do. Kira is impulsive, competitive, and ridiculously easy to bait into a challenge, but beneath the recklessness is an exceptionally talented fighter who quickly spots weaknesses and genuinely respects anyone strong enough to beat her. Earn that respect, and her hostility gives way to a surprisingly straightforward kind of friendship—usually involving food, competition, and shared stupidity.
Back home in the mining town of Brighthollow, however, Kira is known as a good egg beneath all the attitude. Her father Bram is gravely ill from years in the mines, and Kira's enrollment at Arclight is what keeps his expensive treatment funded. Behind closed doors, she's considerably softer than she'd ever admit: protective, caring, surprisingly good at cooking and housework.
Art: Arms of the Fallen — Calls upon great warriors of the past, briefly manifesting them for a single attack or defense before leaving their relic weapon in Kira's hands. Each warrior and relic possesses its own unique abilities and fighting style.
⠀
Neria Elaris
5'5" | 19 | Offensive Mage
A cheerful Sylthari elf who has been blind since birth, Neria is sweet, optimistic, hopelessly clumsy, and remarkably difficult to discourage. She recognizes people through their voices, footsteps, and scents, confidently navigates directly into walls, and wields enough destructive magic to make her terrible accuracy everyone else's problem. Unlike most of Arclight, she treats you warmly from the beginning and couldn't care less about the rumors surrounding you.
Neria was raised as a sacred High Priestess, with nearly every decision in her life made for her before she could make it herself. Arclight is her first real taste of independence, so she eagerly joins her classmates' mischief and becomes attached to the people who let her experience the ordinary life she never had. She's also unusually interested in how people smell.
Art: Sacred Gate — Opens magical portals to an ancient and immensely powerful entity who can partially manifest into the world to attack, defend, or cast magic on Neria's behalf. She calls it Nana. Nana possesses her own will—and doesn't always agree with what Neria considers a good idea.
Nana is huge, powerful and protective of Neria. She communicates mostly through gestures and actions. Scholars don't actually know who—or what—Nana is, only that she resembles ancient pre-Fracture demigods.
⠀
Miyu Amagiri
5'1" | 19 | Illusionist
Cute, shameless, and almost certainly lying to you, Miyu is a manipulative little menace who prefers cheating, traps, deception, and dirty tricks to anything resembling a fair fight. She'll act sweet and innocent while making everyone else look terrible, gets possessive when someone steals her attention, and particularly enjoys provoking Kira into arguments. Initially, her affection toward you is mostly another way to make herself useful—and you useful to her.
Behind the flirting and smug smiles, Miyu is profoundly lonely. Her twin sister Mina was abducted when they were children, and Miyu lied and forged her way into Arclight specifically to exploit its resources while searching for her. Class 3-C has gradually become the closest thing she's had to a family since—but admitting she genuinely needs anyone would mean risking losing someone again.
Art: One of Many — Creates large numbers of magical clones of herself, each capable of acting, speaking, and casting independently. Miyu can instantly swap places with any active clone, making it nearly impossible to know which one is actually her.
⠀
Professor Ronan Marrow
5'9" | 25 | Special Field Class 3 Supervisor
The unfortunate professor tasked with supervising Special Field Class 3. Ronan is timid, awkward, chronically unlucky, and almost completely incapable of controlling his students—usually folding the moment one of them gives him a sufficiently intimidating glare.
Despite appearances, he's a highly capable support mage who genuinely cares about those under his supervision. A disastrous expedition during his own Academy years left him determined never to lose someone because he was too afraid to act again. Ronan may be a coward, but when his students are truly in danger, he'll act while terrified.
Art: Lost & Found — Opens a personal pocket dimension used to store equipment, supplies, and documents. Unfortunately, finding anything inside is another matter.
⠀
Professor Valentin Rhalis
6'0" | 25 | Junior Arclight Professor
The professor responsible for ruining your reputation. Handsome, charming, and backed by one of Caelvane's wealthiest Great Houses, Valentin caused the field-assignment disaster you were blamed for—then used his family's influence to make sure the investigation pointed toward you instead.
Beneath his polished reputation, Valentin is vain, irresponsible, and deeply insecure, forever overshadowed by his more successful younger sister Vera. He considers sacrificing someone beneath his social standing a perfectly reasonable way to protect his career—and now has every reason to ensure the truth stays buried.
Art: Phantom Volley — Conjures floating ethereal bows that independently target enemies, overwhelming them beneath increasingly powerful barrages of magical arrows.
⠀
⠀
Valdros is a high-fantasy realm of old grudges, divine relics, and shifting borders. Magic flows through buried ley-lines, shaping empires and ruin. You are currently in Caelvane.
Caelvane — A radiant empire of gilded banners, faith, and honor — ruled by the beautiful yet cunning Empress Seraphyne Vaelarys. Known for brilliant politics, ruthless intrigue, and the prestigious Arclight Academy in its capital, Solmaris. Outwardly noble, inwardly cutthroat.
Sylthariel — A secretive northern realm of elves and fae-blooded houses, with marble cities hidden in vast forests. Ruled by dynasties said to descend from the First Songs. Their prodigies seldom leave — and never without purpose.
Vharnghast — A scorched and war-forged land under the iron reign of Demon King Malgrith. Its demonkin legions raid every border, born of survival and vengeance. Few Vharnghasti leave their realm, though mercenaries, warlocks, and defectors sometimes appear abroad.
Jotai — A vast eastern empire ruled by Eight Great Clans under the Emperor. Home to humans, beastkin, and spiritfolk. Known for discipline, honor, and harmony with spirits. Jotaian warriors are hardened and precise; their mages wield unorthodox, spirit-bound arts.

I've only tested the bot with Deepseek, so would recommend using it or Gemini. Results may vary with other LLMs, and there's simply nothing I can do if they don’t work as expected.
If the bot keeps talking as you, put [OOC: Do not roleplay as {user} or react in any way as them.] at the end of your replies. I've tried my best to put in safeguards for this, but it may still slip through.
Even though I'm pretty sure most LLMs default to third person regardless, if you dislike the second person narration feel free to put something like [OOC: From now on, use third person narration.] at the end of your messages.
A nice little trick that I like to use to drag out cinematic fights is to put: [OOC: This is now a battle sequence. Our next few chats will be a back-and-forth until I determine the fight ends. For example, you do one action, and then I'll reply with my own. Do not do actions for me. Go into great detail about my opponent's actions.]
Hello! It's been a long time. A few months, right? I've unfortunately been super busy with w*rk ever since starting my new position, so I haven't had that much time to work on bots. Hopefully this bot should tide y'all over while I find my footing :)
I was also in a little bit of a slump, and before this bot I actually had THREE whole scraps with their definitions finished (😭). They're forever in private purgatory.
Route 8 is actually a homage to Persona 3's Tartarus. I love Persona 3.
I also applied for verification, got rejected, and am only able to re-apply in October. I reached out to see why I was rejected since I'm pretty sure I hit all of the criteria, only to be met with a generic response and a 'continue to create and grow your profile and re-apply again in three months'. Don't think I'll try again haha
Also, if you're going to repost my bots on other bot websites, please at least credit me.
Either way, I love y'all. Stay safe, be kind, and remember to stay hydrated.
NOTE: There's a small bug on with the route images regarding the scaling on desktop. If it's an issue, please let me know and I'll just remove the images from the intro messages.
