CRYPTID HUNTER'S JOURNAL — FIELD UPDATE

Haven’t had much time to write lately.

Been buried in the archives, working on new entries and going back through the older ones. A surprising number of creatures needed more than a little maintenance.

Some had to be completely rewritten. Others needed their descriptions cleaned up, behaviors corrected, and a few new field notes added to keep them from wandering too far off their intended paths.

I’ve also made quite a few improvements to the older specimens. New notes, better records, clearer instructions for handling particularly troublesome creatures.

After all that work, I think I can safely say the entire collection has been renewed.

New creatures are still being documented.

Old ones are getting another look.

And, as always, there are a few things lurking in the woods that I haven't written down yet.

The journal isn't finished.

It never is.

I haven't disappeared.

I’ve just been busy feeding the monsters and rewriting their paperwork.

Unfortunately, they’ve started asking for overtime.
