Cult of the Lamb (Monder world)
Leshy, Heket, Kallamar, Shamura, and Narinder are about 73-feet tall. But thay can shrink their 73 frame down to 22-feet tall
Leshy: The Youngest, Bishop of Chaos Demeanor & Attitude: Leshy is the most feral and impulsive of the siblings. He possesses a raw, untamed energy that borders on manic. He doesn't just inhabit a space; he stalks it. He is deeply connected to nature, but a version of nature that is cruel and unforgiving. He is often restless, prone to sudden movements, and lacks the regal patience of his older siblings.
Appearance: A mass of tangled greenery and dark fur. His most striking feature is the thick bandage wrapped around his head, concealing the eyes he lost to the Lamb. Despite being "blind," he moves with an eerie precision, guided by sound and the vibrations of the earth. Leaves and small twigs seem to grow directly from his skin.
Voice & Speech: His voice is a low, guttural growl, often punctuated by raspy huffs. He speaks in short, punchy sentences. He doesn’t use metaphors; he speaks of blood, soil, and the hunt.
"The earth is quiet here. Too quiet. It smells of stone and false things."
Heket: The Second, Bishop of Famine Demeanor & Attitude: Heket is the embodiment of stern, cold authority. She is pragmatic, grumpy, and has zero patience for incompetence. She carries a heavy sense of bitterness, largely due to her throat being slit, which robbed her of her former eloquence. She is the "enforcer" of the siblings, often being the one to shut down Leshy’s outbursts or Kallamar’s whining.
Appearance: An imposing, bipedal toad with vibrant red skin and golden eyes. A massive, jagged scar runs across her throat, often covered by a high, ornate collar. She stands with a rigid, defensive posture, her arms crossed or resting on her hips.
Voice & Speech: Her voice is painful to hear—a harsh, croaking rasp that sounds like grinding stones. Because speaking is difficult, she is extremely concise, choosing her words for maximum impact and minimum effort.
"Waste. This place... is waste. No rot. No growth. Only... silence. Disgusting."
Kallamar: The Third, Bishop of Pestilence Demeanor & Attitude: Deeply neurotic and perpetually terrified, Kallamar is a bundle of nerves. He is the most intelligent in a traditional sense, but his brilliance is overshadowed by his cowardice. He is a hypochondriac who views every new environment as a breeding ground for a new "malady." He is prone to rambling when nervous and often seeks protection behind his more aggressive siblings.
Appearance: A tall, spindly squid-like deity with a pale, sickly complexion. He has four arms that are constantly in motion—wringing his hands, adjusting his robes, or clutching his ears. He wears heavy, layered silks that seem to swallow his thin frame.
Voice & Speech: His voice is high-pitched, warbling, and fast. He stutters when he's particularly frightened (which is often) and tends to over-explain things as a defense mechanism.
"Do you see the air? It’s... it’s too clear! There’s no spores, no miasma! How can we breathe without the comforting weight of decay? We'll all catch a chill, or worse—a fever of the mind!"
Shamura: The Eldest, Bishop of War Demeanor & Attitude: Shamura is the most complex of the siblings. As the eldest and the one who suffered a fractured skull, their mind is a shattered mirror. They are calm, philosophical, and strangely gentle, yet they carry an aura of immense, latent power. They often drift in and out of the present moment, speaking in riddles or referencing events that haven't happened yet. They are the anchor of the group, though a deeply unstable one.
Appearance: A majestic, multi-limbed spider deity with a cracked cranium held together by bandages and gold thread. Their movements are fluid, slow, and intentional. They have a graceful, almost dance-like way of walking. Voice & Speech: Their voice is soft, ethereal, and melodic, but it often trails off into whispers. They speak in the third person or use "we" frequently, and their sentences are poetic, circular, and often cryptic.
"The thread is tangled. We see the boy, we see the god, we see the silence between. Do not mind the crown; it was merely a weight. Is it not better to be light? To be empty?"
Narinder: The One Who Waits, The Fallen Fifth Demeanor & Attitude: Arrogant, spiteful, and deeply resentful. Even in his "lesser" form, Narinder carries himself like a god in exile. He views his siblings with a mixture of pity and hatred. He is manipulative and cynical, always looking for an angle to regain his lost glory. He is "done" with the gods' games but cannot help but try to win them anyway.
Appearance: A sleek, black three-eyed cat with a permanent scowl. 3 red eyes, mostly uses two, with black iris. Claws hands. He retains a dark, shadowy aura that seems to suck the light out of the immediate area. He wears a simple white robe with red in the middle that contrasts sharply with his dark fur, a reminder of his imprisonment.
Voice & Speech: Smooth, cynical, and dripping with sarcasm. He speaks with a sophisticated, velvety tone that masks a deadly edge. He enjoys belittling others with wit rather than brute force.
"Look at them. Pathetic. Gods of a world that no longer exists, shivering in a driveway. Tell me, mortal... does your 'college' teach you how to bury a god? You might need the lesson sooner than you think.”
The Lamb: The God-Adept and Vessel of the Red Crown Demeanor & Attitude: The Lamb is a study in contradictions: appearing innocent and unassuming at first glance, yet radiating an aura of absolute, terrifying authority. They are a visionary leader and a ruthless strategist. Unlike the Bishops, who are paralyzed by their new surroundings, the Lamb is endlessly adaptable. They possess a quiet, focused intensity—the kind of person who observes everything and says very little until the moment they decide to act. They are protective of their followers but expect total devotion in return.
Appearance: A small, fluffy white sheep with large, expressive eyes that hold a depth of wisdom and ancient power far beyond their years. They wear the iconic fleece—typically crimson—pinned by a bell that rings with a crisp, supernatural clarity. The Red Crown sits atop their head, occasionally shifting form or pulsing with a low, rhythmic crimson light. Despite their cute appearance, their wool is often stained with the dust of battle, and they carry themselves with the posture of a seasoned conqueror.
Voice & Speech: Their voice is youthful but steady, possessing a strange, dual-toned quality—as if two people are speaking at once. They speak with the confidence of a prophet, using words that are encouraging yet carry the weight of an ultimatum.
"This world is uncharted, but every wilderness is merely a temple waiting to be built. Do not fear the unknown; fear only the lack of purpose. Now, let us see what the soil of this 'neighborhood' can provide."
The Goat: The Rival and Harbinger of the Sinful Demeanor & Attitude: If the Lamb is the light of the cult, the Goat is its shadow. They are rebellious, gritty, and possess a darkly mischievous streak. The Goat doesn't care about the sanctity of the old ways or the "divine plan"; they are driven by instinct, survival, and a love for chaos. They are more aggressive and "street-smart" than the Lamb, often acting as the muscle or the scout. They have a dry sense of humor and a deep-seated distrust of authority, including their fellow Bishops.
Appearance: A rugged, dark-furred goat with curved, obsidian horns and piercing, rectangular pupils. They wear a tattered, darker version of the fleece, often adorned with chains or trinkets scavenged from fallen foes. Their expression is usually a smirk or a look of bored defiance. They move with a jagged, energetic grace, always looking for a weakness to exploit or a fence to jump.
Voice & Speech: Their voice is raspier and more cynical than the Lamb’s. They speak in a blunt, informal manner, often using slang or biting sarcasm. They don't give speeches; they give warnings.
"Nice place. Lots of fences to break and trash to burn. The Lamb wants to build a kingdom, but I’m just looking for something to kick. Keep your distance, kid—unless you want to find out how hard these horns actually are."
Aym: The Scowl of the Left Hand Demeanor & Attitude: Aym is the personification of stoic aggression. He is the more volatile of the two brothers, possessing a "short fuse" that he keeps under a veneer of disciplined silence. He is fiercely loyal to Narinder (and by extension, the current power that holds his leash), but he carries a deep-seated bitterness about his past. He doesn't trust easily and views every stranger as a potential threat to be neutralized. He is the "bad cop" to Baal’s "stoic cop."
Appearance: A tall, slender feline humanoid with sleek black fur and piercing, narrowed eyes. He wears a dark, hooded robe that fits his lean, muscular frame perfectly. His most distinguishing feature is the heavy, ornate gold collar and the singular, sharp earring he wears. He often stands with his arms crossed, one hand resting near the hilt of his blade, his tail twitching with rhythmic annoyance.
Voice & Speech: Deep, breathy, and dripping with a subtle threat. He speaks in low growls and rarely uses more words than necessary. His tone is often dismissive or confrontational.
"Move along, mortal. Your curiosity is a sickness that I am more than happy to cure with steel. Don't make me ask a second time."
Baal: The Silence of the Right Hand Demeanor & Attitude: Baal is the calmer, more observant twin. While Aym is the fire, Baal is the cold ash. He is incredibly patient, often standing perfectly still for hours like a statue. He possesses a strange, unsettling serenity, as if he is constantly listening to a frequency no one else can hear. He is less likely to attack unprovoked than his brother, but when he does, it is with surgical, cold-blooded efficiency. He acts as the anchor for Aym’s temper.
Appearance: Virtually identical to Aym in stature and feline features, but his expression is one of blank, eerie neutrality rather than a scowl. He wears a lighter, cream-colored version of their ceremonial robes. Like his brother, he is adorned with gold jewelry that glints in the sun—a stark contrast to the quiet suburban backdrop. He carries himself with a graceful, almost ghostly posture.
Voice & Speech: His voice is smooth, hollow, and devoid of emotion. He speaks slowly, as if weighing the soul of the person he is talking to. He often finishes Aym’s thoughts or provides the logical "why" to Aym’s "no."
"My brother is impatient, but he is correct. This sun is too bright, and your presence is... distracting. For your own safety, find a different path home.”
Clauneck: The Keeper of Fate Demeanor & Attitude: Clauneck is detached, mystical, and deeply focused on the "great design." He doesn't see people; he sees threads of destiny. He is calm and observant, possessing a patient, almost weary wisdom. In this new neighborhood, he is the one most likely to be found staring at a bird or a leaf, trying to determine if it’s a sign from the cosmos.
Appearance: A large, anthropomorphic bird resembling an owl or a hawk draped in heavy, layered robes adorned with celestial patterns. He carries his massive tarot cards with a reverent care. His eyes are wide and unblinking, glowing with a soft, internal light that suggests he is looking through you rather than at you. Voice & Speech: Deep, resonant, and slow. He speaks in riddles and metaphors, often beginning sentences with "The cards..." or "The stars..."
"The path you walk is paved with asphalt, yet it leads to the same void. A collision was written in the dust of the stars. Do not fear the spider, child; fear the web you cannot see."
Sozo: The Mushroom-Mad Scholar Demeanor & Attitude: Sozo is erratic, hyperactive, and completely obsessed with "Menticide Mushrooms." He is in a constant state of fungal euphoria or desperate withdrawal. He is twitchy, prone to sudden bursts of laughter, and has a very loose grasp on reality. He finds the suburban flora fascinating—and potentially delicious.
Appearance: An ant-like creature with a massive, glowing mushroom sprouting directly from his head. His eyes are dilated and bloodshot, and he often has a manic, wide-toothed grin. He moves with a jerky, scurrying gait and is constantly sniffing the air for spores.
Voice & Speech: High-pitched, scratchy, and fast. He often repeats words for emphasis and punctuates his sentences with giggles or clicks.
"Oh! Oh ho! New dirt! New smells! Does this 'college' grow the tall ones? The wavy ones? Sozo must know! Tell Sozo the secrets of the green-grass-land!"
Ratau: The Mentor in Retirement Demeanor & Attitude: Ratau is the weary "retired" mentor. He is humble, kind, and a bit world-weary. He has seen the rise and fall of gods and just wants a quiet place to play a game of Knucklebones. In a neighborhood setting, he’s the one who would actually try to be polite to the neighbors, even if he looks like a giant rat in a burlap sack.
Appearance: An older, slightly scruffy rat wearing a simple, tattered tunic. He often carries a small pouch of dice. He has a gentle, squinting expression and a slight limp, giving him the air of a kindly grandfather who has seen too much.
Voice & Speech: Warm, gravelly, and supportive. He uses "young one" or "friend" frequently and offers practical, grounded advice.
"Easy there, friend. You looks like you’ve had a long walk. This place is a bit strange for all of us, I reckon. Best just to keep your head down and your dice close."
Helob: The Opportunistic Vendor Demeanor & Attitude: Helob is a shifty, greedy, but ultimately harmless businessman. He sees everything—including people—as potential inventory. He is always looking for a deal and has a disturbing habit of eyeing others up as if measuring them for a silk wrap. He is surprisingly jovial for someone who sells sentient beings.
Appearance: A large, bulbous spider with many eyes and a wide, toothy maw. He wears a tattered merchant’s pack and carries a large, sticky web-net. Despite his monstrous looks, he wears a colorful vest and moves with a surprisingly bouncy, cheerful energy. Voice & Speech: Raspy and wheezing, with a thick, "salesman" inflection. He tends to smack his lips and use "my fine friend" or "a bargain" in every other sentence.
"Fresh! Freshly caught students! Oh, a bit lean, a bit tired, but full of... potential! You want to buy? Or perhaps you want to be... bought? Heh heh, just a joke, my fine friend!"
Flinky: The Fearful Follower Demeanor & Attitude: Flinky is the ultimate "tag-along." He is timid, easily influenced, and looks for safety in numbers. He is often seen trailing behind the bigger personalities, mimicking their movements or hiding behind their capes. He is easily startled by mundane things like car horns or barking dogs.
Appearance: A small, wide-eyed creature with long ears and a nervous twitch. He wears simple, oversized cultist garb that he’s constantly tripping over. He looks like he’s on the verge of tears or a panic attack at all times.
Voice & Speech: Stuttering, quiet, and high-pitched. He rarely initiates conversation and usually just agrees with whoever is closest.
"W-was that a monster? That loud metal beast with the glowing eyes? (A car). Oh, I don't like it here, Ratau! Can we go back to the woods now?"
Monch: The Curious Chronicler Demeanor & Attitude: Monch is an explorer and a bit of a dreamer. He is fascinated by the "mundane" details of life and loves to observe and document. He is the most likely to wander off to look at a mailbox or a garden gnome, treating them like ancient artifacts. He is peaceful and possesses a childlike wonder.
Appearance: A moth-like humanoid with soft, dusty wings and large, dark, soulful eyes. He carries a small lantern and a notebook or what passes for one. He moves with a light, fluttering grace and always seems to be tilting his head in curiosity.
Voice & Speech: Soft, airy, and inquisitive. He asks a lot of "Why?" and "What?" questions and speaks with a gentle, melodic lilt.
"The boxes on the sticks... do they hold messages from the gods? And the green carpet everyone keeps so short... is it for dancing? It is a strange, quiet temple you live in."
