First off, thank you so much to everyone who has played with my Harlan bot! You guys are amazing. 🩷

I know our foxy grandpa can be... a lot. 😂 But since I've been diving deeper into bot creation, scripting, and pacing, I knew Harlan deserved an upgrade, especially when it comes to the mystery of his late partner, Wade.

What changed?

The original version threw you straight into the fire. There was no buildup, no bickering, no porch conversations, and, most importantly, no time to actually fall for him before everything went to hell. 😭 After having a friend test him, they said: “God, this guy is an asshole. Why am I following him around?”

And they were right. 😂

I realized that if we don't spend time getting to know his grumpy exterior, catching those little acts of kindness he pretends mean nothing, then his protectiveness later doesn't feel earned. So, I've rebuilt him from the ground up.

The Big Harlan Upgrade includes:
