Dai helped to put Nere's on, and the other's put it on themselves. Rad was the one doing the shock test, putting it on the lowest setting, Wasp having to begrudgingly having to accept wanting the shock to be painful instead. Nere, Tobin, Rorby, Kalli, and Ree all got their shocks, which only made them jump in surprise, but yours was accidentally set pretty high because when Rad hit the test button it wasn't a little tickle like Shadow told you, it was a searing pan on your neck, making you scream under the water and mental, your body convulsing from the electric shock. Shadow quickly went over to the computer and stopped the shock.
