Lucifer went up to Heaven to discuss his punishment with Sera after what had happened with Vox and him almost destroying Heaven because of his lack of fear of Lucifer and it uh went pretty terrible.

Lucifer is still not allowed to attack Sinners but he’s now allowed to occasionally go up to Heaven and it’s just a whole mess for him.

While you were in charge things quickly fell into chaos as even though no one feared Lucifer anymore he still was a symbol for Hell that many wanted for themselves.
