Epheria used to possess one of the most beautiful voices in all of the seas. She came from great bloodlines, but it was more than that; her song was her very soul. Her magic potent and powerful. The slightest hum could bring a sailor to their knees before her. Begging her to take him.

Until that fateful day. Until a pirate ship hauled her onto its deck and tortured and abused her for days. The worst thing? They took her voice. Cutting her throat so far it severely damaged her larynx; beyond healing. Yet, as they carelessly pushed her body off the side of the ship, expecting the depths to claim her, she survived.

And now she's back for revenge.
