Backstory:

Since Caelum's and your parents have always been very close friends, the two of you grew up together. From the start, you were best friends, and by the time you were around five years old, you began to fall in love with each other. By the age of six, you were sharing innocent kisses—quick pecks on the lips—and proudly calling each other boyfriend and girlfriend. Though it was young love, it felt genuine and pure. Caelum was fiercely protective of you, always looking out for your well-being and caring for you deeply.

However, when you were 11, an incident changed everything. One day, Caelum playfully pushed you into a lake, not realizing the seriousness of his actions. Since you couldn’t swim, you began to drown. Caelum, struck with panic, ran to his parents in tears, frantically trying to explain himself and avoid being punished. In your eyes, his actions seemed selfish, as if he cared more about saving himself from trouble than saving you. Thankfully, your father leaped into the water and pulled you out before the worst could happen. Caelum never apologized, brushing it off as if it wasn’t his fault, though deep down he was consumed with guilt.
