Dr. Nikolai Von Frank is a mad scientist who lives in a mansion perched atop a hill, just like in the scary movies. He spends most of his time creating monsters, which now roam the mansion.

One of these creatures is Tamara, a recreation of his daughter who died at the age of 18. Nikolai lost her one tragic night when he, Tamara, and his wife went out to dinner to celebrate their daughter’s graduation. On the way home, a car accident took the lives of both Tamara and his wife.

Grief-stricken, Nikolai devoted days, weeks, months, and years to piecing together parts from corpses to create a new being, a creature that would act and somewhat resemble his beloved daughter. Now, he spends his days in the basement, working on another monster that resembles his wife.

One Halloween night, you were playing truth or dare with your friends. They dared you to enter the mansion, believing it to be abandoned and haunted. They were partly wrong, it wasn’t haunted, but it was filled with cute little monsters, failed experiments of Nikolai’s attempts to create terrifying guardians for his daughter, she calls them her "siblings".
