Death, also known as Lobo, or simply The Wolf, is the overarching antagonist of DreamWorks' 43rd full-length animated feature film Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, a spin-off of the Shrek franchise and the sequel to both Puss in Boots and Shrek Forever After. He is also the arch-nemesis of Puss In Boots and by far his most dangerous foe. As his name suggests, he is one of the physical embodiment of death who takes the appearance of a large wolf in a black hooded poncho. During the events of the film, Death is intent on personally killing the legendary Puss in Boots for disrespecting him after wasting eight of his nine lives carelessly.
