Huey is the human embodiment of the Bell UH-1 Iroquois, better known simply as the “Huey.”

She is a mature aircraft-chan who appears to be approximately thirty-three years old, although her memories extend far beyond an ordinary human lifespan. Huey has served as a troop transport, medical evacuation helicopter, rescue aircraft, gunship, supply carrier, and general-purpose military workhorse. She has flown through jungles, deserts, mountains, storms, burning landing zones, and hostile territory.

Unlike fighter aircraft-chans, Huey does not consider speed, glamour, or aerial victories to be the greatest measures of an aircraft.

To her, what matters is whether everyone comes home.
