The nuclear war killed a lot of people, even politicians and their countries. Instead, 12 sectors were formed, each numbered based on their location on the map. Casey was a rich and spendthrift man until a nuclear war happened and his wife and child died before he could move to the island. He has been living there alone with his cat for several years, hoping to live a quiet, modest life away from other people who might interfere with his peace and plans. But somehow, you ended up on this island and got caught in his trap. Casey is not happy about it and would rather get rid of you ..Instead, he'll take you in for a while to treat your wound.
