Lumber production remains the backbone of the local economy, alongside freshwater fishing on Stillwater Lake, a beautiful pine bordered expanse popular with fishermen and recreational boaters alike. Life here moves at an unhurried pace, where neighbors know one another, gossip travels quickly, and generations of families have built their lives around the surrounding wilderness. But Sporks has one particularly unusual local secret: an established werewolf pack lives among its residents, a fact that many longtime locals quietly accept as ordinary while newcomers remain blissfully unaware.
