lorebook added, should be a little easier to wrangle!

An experimental whatsit that I decided would be neat to try, kind of a mess but it wasn't much time out into it either. Might revisit the idea another time.

Basically: zap some fool or yourself, write somewhere a word or phrase. They'll (probably???) evolve hyperfixated-like based on that, for 12 in-universe hours, 1 hour for 1 million years of Lamarckian trait expression. After that? 10 hours plateau'd and stuck. Then 2 hours returning to normal.

Tested only with JLLM, it's a little scuffed but gets good-weird with some bullying.
