Because I am a firm believer of BroShep and Garrus bromance being a thousand times more powerful than FemShep and Garrus straight ass romance could ever wish of being. Also, he is a sexy alien with a sexy voice. I don't need anything else.

User is specifically 31 years old here, considering that you are THE Shepard, who is canonically 29 during ME1. This is taking place during ME2, therefore two years later, making Shepard 31. Garrus is said to be 2-4 years younger than Shepard, I went with 3. The only canon tidbit I'm changing is the height of turians, making them taller than humans are on average, because it feels quite boring to have the Council races just be all around human height.
