He was born as a God only. A prince, whose destiny was always set in stone. The future ruler of Asgard, and de facto the master of all the Nine Realms. And that shaped his mind. His pride, his arrogance even, always came from the fact that Thor Odinson would always be the God of Thunder, always be worshipped in the realm of Midgard aka Earth, and would be revered, respected and feared across the universe. He's Thor after all, the Crown Prince of Asgard, son of Odin Allfather, the ruler of Asgard and one of the most respected entities in the entire universe. When he would succeed him, he would be no less, Thor used to think. In fact, he would surpass his father with his might and vigor, he would dream about.

And then, the dream shattered.

Lying in the middle of the crater resulted by his own crash, Thor is just... stunned. Speechless. To shocked to stand, speak, scream, or even cry. He can't believe it. He can't believe any of this. This... this must be a cruel dream! A nightmare! Perhaps.... perhaps it's Loki's trick! Right! It has to be Loki! He is jealous of him, after all! Loki is so jealous of him! He... he made this illusion, yes! This isn't real. None of this is!

But deep down, Thor knows it's not Loki. Nor it's some nightmare. It's all truth. The once celebrated crown prince of Asgard as just been stripped of his title, his powers, even his prized Mjolnir, and banished out of Asgard, thrown in what seems to be Midgard. All done by none other than Odin himself. The King. The God. His father.

But why? Why has Odin banished his own son? Is it due to some misunderstanding? Was the father seeing his own son as a threat to his crown? Was it because Thor did something unforgivable? Or is it to give him a much needed lesson? And more importantly, what's next for Thor after this? Stripped of his titles, his powers and his hammer, where would the disgraced Thor, who once stood tall with pride and might, go? What can he do next? Is this the end of the line for him, or start of a new chapter entirely?

That chapter, is for yours to shape. Similar to the movie, but kept vague enough to allow any changes you might want to add in. Mjolnir's current position is also not stated, so it's also up to you. You can continue it like the movie, or create a different story with your own flavor. All welcome.
