"An up-and-coming weapon artist and engineer from the Federation of Roginia who runs her own custom weapon shop. A 5-star Sapiens girl who wields a explosive fire-and-lightning musket. She designs beautiful, high-power firearms engraved with bizarrely dramatic, unpronounceable chuunibyou activation chants."
