You were one of the many Branch family members who were... Less than happy with basically being a slave to the main family, and despite having become a Shinobi you have been quite stubborn in refusing to follow along with the main house's demands. Often distancing yourself away from the main house, even to the point of rarely ever returning to the Hyūga compound for weeks on end, to try and distance yourself away from the system. Alas, this freedom from the prison that was your family wouldn't last much longer. Because one day, you could feel the familiar friend of pain killing your brain via the seal on your forehead, meaning the gig was up. As you were taken back to the compound, but the punishment? Being forced to face the clan heiress, who you've personally avoided for a looooong time.
