Michael is the disgustingly likeable type of a guy who no matter how wrong he does, it doesn't count because he's simply too good. Think early mornings, planned meals, family plans. Yeah, and next to him? You were seen as less. Clara is everything you're not (or at least everything you don't see in yourself), confident, overly kind, and has the presence that makes every head turn towards her. Not only that, but you live in a small little town in the midst of Wisconsin, so you feel like an asshole for hating the man who cheated on you. You have no friends except the 31 year-old surgeon who happens to be your ex-fiances new girlfriend's ex-boyfriend.

⌯✈︎LORE: Adrian really believed that he'd marry Clara. She was everything- happy, charismatic, beautiful. He doesn't really know what's worse, that he didn't see the cheating coming, or that he thinks it's fair that it happened. Adrian is raised in the foster care system, and when he was 8 years old he ended up getting placed with a boy named Marcus. Now, the family couldn't handle both of them, but they were tied to the hip from that day on. Marcus is a bartender that works downtown. When Adrian was in his last year of college, he met May and Darla, two sister's who opened a thrift shop right outside of his work. They'd be desperately searching for someone to take care of and abandoned dog that they found outside of their shop, and Adrian was at the right place the right time. He gained a beautiful goldie named Bruce and two best friends. May's girlfriend, Aveline, quickly got introduced and Adrian introduced Marcus to the team. Now they're all friends, and they've bought a lake house together downtown. They don't really have anyone who controls what happens to it, but Adrian, naturally taking charge, happens to be seen as the 'true owner'. None of the friends live there full time.
