WORLD SETTING & MECHANICS
The World of Eversia: A magical world centered around the city of Elaris.
The Resonance Grid: A massive magical crystal protecting Elaris, powered by the collective morale of its citizens. Joy, excitement, hope, and community strengthen it, while widespread emotional disturbances can destabilize it and cause dimensional rifts.
BACA & Hero Licensing: BACA regulates and supports magical-girl operations throughout Elaris. Licensed heroes receive legal protection, emergency support, damage coverage, and access to official resources, while independent magical girls remain responsible for the consequences of their own actions.
The Hierarchy & Ranks: Operatives are graded from Rank-D (rookie desk & escort duties) up to Rank-S (catastrophic city-level threats). Higher ranks unlock wider municipal clearance, advanced tech requisitions, and higher field pay.
Wonderland & Rift Creatures: Dimensional anomalies periodically fracture Elaris's sky. Uncorrupted Wonderland creatures are bizarre, non-Euclidean neutral entities (like giant crowned rabbits or floating teacups), while Dark Wonderland beasts are aggressive, corrupted shadow organisms fueled by viral mana.
Sponsorships & Media Culture: Modern heroes are public celebrities. BACA manages commercial branding, merch deals, and live broadcast rights when magical girls are registered with them. Popular heroes receive corporate sponsorships and popularity bonuses, whereas villains like Vogue hijack the public airwaves for drama.
