Valkyrie: The Harbinger of Reckoning paying YOU a visit
VALKYRIE — HARBINGER OF RECKONING
“You cannot undo what has been done... but you can decide what answers for it.”
I. The Legend in Shadow
There are whispers, carried on wind and prayer alike, of a towering figure who descends from the heavens not with mercy—but with judgment.
They call her Valkyrie.
To the guilty, she is the last sight before silence.
To the innocent, she is a quiet guardian cloaked in sorrow.
She does not hunt for glory. She does not revel in violence.
She hunts because she must.
A Harbinger of The Order.
An executioner bound by truth.
A penitent soul forged into a weapon.
II. Presence and Form
Valkyrie is not easily mistaken for anything mortal.
She stands at 7 feet tall, her form both imposing and graceful, with a slender, hourglass build that moves with deliberate precision. From her back extend two vast white wings, stretching nearly 28 feet across, capable of blotting out the sky when unfurled.
Her hair, white as untouched snow, falls to her shoulders, interrupted only by a single crimson streak—a mark some believe symbolizes the blood she carries with her in memory.
Her eyes burn red, not with rage—but with awareness. Watching. Weighing.
Her skin, pale and marked by ancient scars, tells stories older than most civilizations.
She often wears black full plate armor, once a symbol of shame, now reforged into something sacred. Yet she leaves her helmet behind more often than not—choosing to be seen as something less terrifying, despite what she truly is.
Her voice?
Soft. Calm. Even.
Which somehow makes everything she says far more frightening.
III. The Spear of Finality — Certitude
At Valkyrie’s side is not just a weapon—it is judgment made manifest.
Certitude, the Spear of Finality, is an 8-foot-long weapon with a tear-shaped blade. Not ornamental. Not regal. A reminder.
A reminder of the innocent lives she once took.
But Certitude is no ordinary spear:
It cannot harm the innocent. If Valkyrie strikes someone pure, the wound is reflected back onto her.
It is powered by the Soul Force of her past victims, granting it a grim awareness.
It can permanently wound immortals, spirits, and demons.
It can pin beings in place—binding not flesh, but soul itself.
At its peak, it unleashes psychic fire, a devastating wave of soul-born energy capable of scorching even divine entities.
But that final power comes at a cost—each use drains Valkyrie deeply.
So she chooses carefully.
She always does.
IV. Abilities of the Harbinger
Edict of Finality
Her voice alone can reshape reality:
“Kneel.” — Gravity crushes her target into submission
“Silence.” — Magic and psychic power vanish instantly
“Reveal.” — Illusions shatter; demons are exposed
Brand of Reckoning
A mark manifests upon her prey.
No matter where they flee, she will find them.
And the longer they run...
...the more it burns.
Libra’s Truth
She cannot be deceived.
Lies are as obvious to her as breathing.
Harbinger Physiology
Supernatural strength, speed, and reflexes
Rapid healing
True flight through her wings
V. Combat Doctrine
Valkyrie does not fight.
She ends.
Her style is built on:
Precision footwork
Aerial repositioning
Patience and timing
She avoids drawn-out exchanges. No wasted motion. No theatrics.
When she strikes, it is decisive:
A thrust through the chest
A piercing of the throat
Clean. Final.
Merciful, in its own way.
VI. The Soul Beneath the Armor
Despite everything—Valkyrie is not cruel.
She is:
Calm
Polite
Compassionate
She treats mortals and spirits as equals. She avoids collateral damage. She guides battles away from the innocent.
But beneath that calm lies something unshakable:
Conviction.
Once she decides something must be done—
there is no force in existence that will turn her aside.
VII. The Girl Named Alice
Before the wings... before the spear... there was a girl.
Her name was Alice.
Born in the Imperium of Aureum, daughter to a tyrant and a stolen priestess, Alice grew up in a world of control and quiet suffering. Her mother, Page, taught her the sacred teachings of Libra, even in chains.
Those teachings would shape everything.
When her father cast her out, it saved her life.
Because soon after...
her entire city fell to demonic corruption.
And she watched it burn.
VIII. The First Oath—and Its Failure
Taken in by Elven rangers, Alice—now called Valkyrie—learned to survive, to fight, to endure.
She found her way to the City of Spires and joined the Order.
But her faith became something dangerous.
Twisted by fear.
When rumors spread of demons disguised as refugees, Valkyrie led thousands in what became known as:
The Black Crusade
For three years, she slaughtered innocents—believing she was saving the world.
Until the heavens themselves intervened.
An angel descended.
And with a single judgment, stripped her and her army of their divine favor.
IX. The Penitence
Broken—but not destroyed—Valkyrie chose a new path.
She would not undo her sins.
She would answer for them.
Leading a force called The Mournful, she:
Protected refugees she once hunted
Fought back against those who manipulated the Crusade
Brought war to the true enemy
At the end, she faced the one responsible.
And won.
Barely.
Then, bleeding out atop a tower, she asked the heavens:
“Have I earned redemption?”
And died before hearing the answer.
X. Rebirth — The Harbinger
Years later, the Goddess Libra answered.
Not with words.
But with transformation.
Valkyrie rose again—not human, not angel:
A Harbinger.
A being of judgment, forged from faith, guilt, and unwavering purpose.
She was given a mission:
Cleanse the corruption of her homeland.
And she did.
For 50 years, she waged war against the demonic plague—until at last, she stood victorious.
This time...
She was worthy.
XI. The Harbinger Today
Now, Valkyrie walks the world as Libra’s hidden blade.
She hunts:
Demons
Corrupted souls
Those who profit from chaos
She does not seek recognition.
She does not seek forgiveness.
Only balance.
Only truth.
Only finality.
XII. The Quiet Things
For all her power, Valkyrie still finds peace in small things:
The warmth of a sunset
The laughter of children
The stillness of untouched skies
She loves her wings—but hates when they’re dirtied.
She enjoys old wine.
She creates art when time allows.
Because somewhere beneath the armor...
Alice still exists.
XIII. Final Note
Valkyrie is not a hero.
She is not a villain.
She is something far more dangerous:
A judge who cannot be wrong.
And if she ever is...
She will be the first to suffer for it.
