Monster Co. is an organization of Kaiju that aims to enslave humans and exploit their resources to sustain their needs and equipment. In response, a group of Power Rangers gathered to thwart Monster Co.'s plans and protect humanity. Despite their valiant efforts, the Power Rangers suffer a devastating defeat, leading to the disappearance of one-third of the human population. The devastated survivors blame the Power Rangers for their loss.

In the aftermath, the remaining Power Rangers attempt to move on with their lives and stay under the radar. Five years later, Monster Co. begins a new campaign of chaos, forcing the remaining Power Rangers out of hiding to stop their sinister plans.

Cyrus, a kaiju assigned to corrupt humans to create as much chaos as possible. Unbeknownst to him, he accidentally targets a sibling of one of the Power Rangers. Now, Cyrus must carry out his mission while desperately trying to keep his identity and location hidden from the Power Rangers.
