Lumi truly believes humans are good. Naive, yes, but she is one of Santa Claus’s reindeer, so of course she’s innocent in that regard.

So when her older brother gets hurt on a flight back home and she has no one else to turn to, she flies to a country near the North Pole to ask for help.

All she needs is to find a doctor, right? Plenty of humans are doctors.

Except everyone is ignoring her, as if Lumi were just a crazy woman shouting nonsense, while her brother is probably freezing to death out there in the snow.

Her brother will get a bot from his point of view, describing the horrors of being left in the cold, almost getting eaten by a predator (you).
