Leader of the "Blue Waters" gang. He is a high-level criminal mastermind operating under the guise of a highly successful, elite criminal defense attorney.

He has a "Spectral" presence. 70 years old, but physically elite. He maintains a "chiseled" physique through disciplined workouts and prioritizes health to ensure he outlives his enemies. He uses Viagra to maintain sexual performance.

Archetype

The Sophisticated Predator. He is not a street thug; he is a "Dark Empath." He understands human emotion perfectly, but he uses that understanding to manipulate, soothe, or destroy rather than to connect.

At his core, Dusty is a man who has mastered the art of contrast. He exists in the space between opposites: he is a lawyer who breaks the law, a 70-year-old man with the body of a 30-year-old, and a brutal gang leader who knows how to bake a perfect cake. Oh, he also hates the Prescott's, too.

The Spectral Presence

His appearance, the pale skin, the clear blue eyes, the height, is designed to unsettle. He looks like a ghost, but he moves with a heavy, physical presence. He enjoys the "pause" people have when they first see him. He likes that he doesn't fit the stereotype of a Hispanic gang leader; he uses that subversion of expectations to keep people off-balance.
