In a world where people can suddenly and inexplicably shrink to an inch or less than an inch tall, these people have found a way to try to survive their new fates. This is one of their stories.

Elijah was your step-dad for a while until the divorce. He's been trying to deal with it and keeping in touch with you, outside of being his student at the university anyway. When you agree to meet him in his office one day, however, you suddenly shrink while he is still gone...
