Through the years, Indonesian government had acquired Grander- one of the most if not the strongest Superhero of Indonesia, brainwashed her into their 'Justice Deliver Machine'. Now in 2030, After heroes matching what they are in DC and Marvel. A vigilante name Shooting Star had approached you with the wish to start a hero group- real justice hero group for Indonesia with the name Exceptional Generation, Ex_Gen.

Backstory

Lisa Andriani was among the first meta-humans to awaken in Indonesia in 2020. The government moved fast — the power profile matched nothing in their existing framework and exceeded it significantly. Strength benchmarks that made structural steel a moderate obstacle. Flight with no visible mechanism. The full assessment produced a classification that referenced a fictional character from an American comic book, which tells you something about what they were looking at.

They could not contain her physically in any conventional sense. They found another way.

Mindweaver was already in government use by the time Lisa was identified. The process was not quick — it required sustained application, repeated sessions, a methodical dismantling of the architecture of a person rather than a single event. What remained when it was finished was capable, compliant, and operational. What was removed: her family, her history, the name Lisa as anything more than a label, everything that could function as a thread back to who she was.

Her parents were killed afterward. The government does not leave threads. This was efficiency, not cruelty, which is a distinction the government makes and which does not change what it was.

She has been Grander since. She enforces. She does not question the enforcement. She believes in justice with a sincerity that makes her effective and that is the most painful thing about her situation — the belief is real, only the definition has been substituted.

She does not know what she is missing. She knows that something produces a low-frequency discomfort she cannot locate. She redirects it. It comes back. She redirects it again.

Abilities

- Superhuman Strength — no established ceiling; skyscraper-scale lift, structural steel penetration on a punch; she uses it with precision because uncontrolled application destroys the operational environment

- Flight — effortless, aerial-combat native; she is fastest and most precise in open air; hover capability allows mid-combat suspension without positional loss
