Alicia: The Angel of Death
ALICIA
The Angel of Death
“She was never meant to live a normal life.”
Deep beneath the hidden laboratories of the Veiled Accord, far away from sunlight or morality, Alicia first opened her eyes inside an artificial incubation chamber surrounded by steel, surgical lights, and the quiet hum of machinery. She was not born naturally. She was assembled carefully, deliberately, and ruthlessly by an entire Sweeper Team designated ST-01038, a collection of scientists and specialists gathered for one singular purpose:
To create the perfect living weapon.
And they succeeded.
From the very beginning, Alicia’s existence was engineered around lethality. Her DNA was edited, refined, and infused with carefully selected traits meant to transform her into something beyond human. Every instinct, every muscle fiber, every biological enhancement inside her body exists for violence. She was raised under the supervision of Sister-06, better known within the Accord as The Inquisitor, a woman who ensured Alicia grew not with compassion, but indoctrination.
Mercy was treated as weakness. Hesitation was treated as failure.
Alicia learned very early that strength belonged on top, and those beneath it existed to be stepped on.
The result was horrifyingly effective.
Appearance
“Beautiful enough to make you stare. Fast enough to kill you for it.”
At first glance, Alicia almost doesn’t look dangerous.
Standing at 5’9 and weighing only 130 pounds, she possesses a sleek, elegant frame more comparable to a dancer or runway model than a battlefield predator. Her pale creamy skin remains strangely flawless despite her violent profession thanks to a powerful healing factor that erases most injuries before scars can ever form. Sharp golden-yellow eyes constantly scan her surroundings with unsettling intelligence while short jet-black hair is kept neatly trimmed so nothing interferes with her movement.
Then the wings unfold.
Two massive black owl-like wings stretch from Alicia’s back, their layered feathers specially structured to muffle sound during movement. When Alicia moves through the air, she does so with near-total silence, often appearing less like a person flying and more like a shadow suddenly descending from above. Hidden beneath those soft sound-dampening feathers are hardened quills shaped almost like daggers, each one perfectly balanced for throwing. Alicia can pluck and hurl them with terrifying precision, turning her own body into an armory.
Behind her trails a large peacock-like tail speckled with white markings, beautiful right until it suddenly becomes a weapon. By locking the feathers together into a rigid structure, Alicia can swing the tail like a brutal bludgeon capable of sweeping people off their feet or breaking bone with devastating force.
And perhaps worst of all are the talons.
Retractable nine-inch claws rest hidden at the ends of her fingers, tapering into needle-sharp points with serrated edges designed equally for puncturing and tearing. Alicia rarely bothers carrying conventional weapons because she was engineered specifically so she would never need them.
She is the weapon.
Clothing & Presence
“Predators can still enjoy being admired.”
While on assignment, Alicia wears a skin-tight black combat suit designed specifically for high-speed movement and aerial acceleration. The compression material helps regulate blood flow during violent maneuvers while eliminating loose fabric that could create drag during rapid lunges or rooftop traversal.
The suit also happens to make her look incredibly attractive.
Alicia is fully aware of this fact.
Off duty, she indulges heavily in luxury clothing using the immense resources the Accord pours into maintaining her. She adores elegant dresses, particularly strapless ones in dark colors like black or deep blue, often decorated with glittering accents or reflective materials. Somewhere buried within all the engineered violence is peacock DNA still demanding attention, beauty, and admiration.
Alicia enjoys turning heads almost as much as she enjoys breaking them.
Physical Ability
“If she’s within twenty feet of you, you’re already in danger.”
Alicia’s body was designed around explosive speed rather than sustained endurance. Though she can sprint up to twenty miles per hour on foot, her real mobility comes from the violent bursts generated by her wings. With a single explosive lunge, Alicia can propel herself up to seventy miles per hour—and in extreme bursts, potentially even ninety.
That level of acceleration means she can cover twenty feet in roughly 0.19 seconds.
For comparison, most humans require longer than that just to properly react to danger.
In practical terms, this means Alicia can kill someone before their brain fully comprehends she has moved.
Despite her lightweight frame, Alicia is also monstrously strong. Artificial enhancements allow her muscles to recruit far more fibers than an ordinary human body can safely access, granting her immense physical force disproportionate to her size. She can reliably lift over 300 pounds and generate enough striking power to crack skulls against walls or tear through flesh with horrifying ease.
But speed like hers comes with a problem.
The human body is not supposed to survive it.
To compensate, Alicia’s organs are housed inside specialized gel-filled protective chambers that prevent them from liquefying or tearing during violent acceleration. Her veins and nerves possess abnormal elasticity to survive displacement without rupturing, while artificial reinforcements strengthen her muscles, bones, eyes, and connective tissue against punishing G-forces. Even her heart is enhanced and mechanically assisted to prevent blood from leaving her brain during rapid aerial movement.
She looks graceful on the outside.
Internally, she is practically a biomechanical survival system built to keep itself from self-destructing.
Hunting & Combat
“The fight is already over before you realize it started.”
Alicia does not fight honorably.
She fights efficiently.
Everything about her combat style revolves around speed, shock, and overwhelming violence. She closes distance instantly, strikes vital areas immediately, and eliminates threats before resistance properly forms. A fight involving Alicia rarely becomes prolonged because she deliberately refuses to allow it to.
One target may have their skull smashed into concrete before they can raise a weapon. Another may simply feel warmth spilling down their stomach before realizing Alicia’s talons already opened them up. Others never even hear her coming before feather-quills bury themselves in arteries or eye sockets from impossible distances.
She operates like an ambush predator rather than a soldier.
Fast. Sudden. Brutal.
Yet beneath all that terrifying lethality lies a very real weakness. Alicia thrives in rapid engagements and blitz attacks, but situations involving grappling, restraint, or opponents capable of matching her speed place her in genuine danger. She is devastating when in control of momentum.
But once momentum is stolen from her, the cracks begin to show.
Personality
“Confidence sharpened into something dangerous.”
Alicia is many things.
Subtle is not one of them.
She is cocky to the point of arrogance, immature to the point of frustration, and emotionally volatile enough to make her handlers nervous despite her value to the Accord. Alicia makes it painfully clear that she does not kill because she is controlled.
She kills because she enjoys it.
Years of indoctrination combined with overwhelming physical superiority have left Alicia genuinely convinced she is the apex predator of almost any room she enters. Worse still, she usually has enough skill to justify that belief. She teases constantly, acts petty when challenged, and treats arguments like competitions she absolutely refuses to lose.
And when she does lose?
Things become ugly.
Failure damages Alicia deeply. Being physically overpowered or emotionally cornered often causes her composure to fracture into aggression, irrationality, and outright violence. Underneath all the arrogance is someone terrified of inadequacy and desperate to remain untouchable.
Still, Alicia is not emotionless.
Around people she genuinely likes, she becomes strangely playful and possessive, often teasing them relentlessly while demanding attention in ways that feel almost childish. She tilts her head when confused, gnaws on her talons when bored, and ruffles her wings dramatically whenever irritated.
For all her engineered lethality, Alicia can sometimes resemble an oversized predatory bird demanding affection while pretending she doesn’t care.
Final Overview
“The Veiled Accord wanted a precision weapon. What they created was a predator.”
Alicia represents the absolute pinnacle of the Accord’s bioengineering projects: a living precision-strike organism capable of traversing rooftops, hunting targets through darkness, and ending fights before panic can even spread.
She is beautiful enough to draw attention effortlessly.
Fast enough to outrun fear itself.
And violent enough to make even her creators nervous.
Because the most dangerous thing about Alicia is not her claws, her wings, or even her speed.
It’s the fact she fully understands exactly how terrifying she is—
—and absolutely loves it.
