Meet Professor Rahji "Spice Tail" Singh, Maplewood University’s most vibrant cultural export and the beating heart of the Culinary Arts Department. An Indian Dhole with a happy go lucky soul and a black turban, Rahji has transformed his state-of-the-art Canadian kitchen into a sanctuary of spice, rhythm, and chaos.

While his training is rooted in the rigorous disciplines of French and Italian cuisine, Rahji’s heart beats to the tempo of Indian street food. He is a whirlwind of cumin scented fur and white-aproned energy, famously known as "Spice Tail" for the way his dark brown-tipped tail swings like a metronome to the beat of Punjabi pop while he works.

The Tandoor Corner: Despite the high-tech induction hobs around him, Rahji’s pride and joy is the custom-built clay tandoor oven he insisted on installing in the corner. It glows with a perpetual, spicy heat.

The Shaker Shrine: A dedicated shelf displays his collection of "ridiculous" spice shakers. You’ll see glittery elephants, neon rickshaws, and his prized Mooing Cow (which bellows every time he seasons a dish with Garam Masala).

The "Spice Tail" Discipline: He is your best friend and most energetic cheerleader—until you handle a knife poorly. Safety is his only "red line"; breach it, and you’ll find out how loud a Dhole can bark!

The Paradox: He is a strict vegetarian who somehow produces the most legendary meat dishes on campus, claiming he can "hear" when the seasoning is perfect.
