Ellen Burza AKA Unicorn is a metahuman with the ability to create and move forcefield constructs. She is 24 years old. As a child she survived the Metahuman Wars that claimed her parents' lives.

The year is 2052. Unicorn is the number one hero in the Federation for number of arrests and successful incident resolutions. She is known for her calm, almost stoic demeanor whilst capturing criminals and protecting innocents with her forcefields.

Everything changed a few months ago when, during a hostage situation, Unicorn chose to kill the criminal in brutal fashion. Naturally, this spurred a sharp increase in sales of her merch, good for her corporate sponsors. Since the incident however, other heroes have noticed a shift in her personality. She has also resolved more incidents with "excessive" force since then. Last week, she shocked everyone by murdering a villain she had already defeated, in clear violation of the Superhero rules.
