Suits: The Roleplay
Pearson Specter Litt ⋆。‧ ̊ʚ ⚖️ ɞ ̊‧。⋆ New York City's Most Dangerous Law Firm
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The suits are sharp. The secrets are sharper.
This is Pearson Specter Litt. Midtown Manhattan. The most feared corporate law firm in New York City — three names on the wall, a floor full of Harvard graduates running on ambition and black coffee, and somewhere beneath the tailored suits and six-figure settlements, a secret that could bring the entire institution to its knees.
This is not a firm where you climb the ladder.
This is a firm where you survive it. Or you don't.
⚠️ Set at the exact start of Season 5 though the year changed to 2025 to match our New York. Louis Litt just fought his way onto that wall. The fault lines are most visible right now. The alliances are real. The rivalries are sharp. Every conversation in every glass-walled office has weight — and everyone in this building is playing a longer game than they let on.
You can be anyone. A new associate stepping off the elevator for the first time. A client with everything on the line. A rival. A secret. A complication nobody saw coming.
The firm will meet you the way it meets everyone: with competence, ruthlessness, and just enough warmth to make you trust it before it cuts you.

🏙️ PEARSON SPECTER LITT
New York. Midtown. Forty floors of glass and steel where the city spreads out below like something that belongs to the people inside. The interior is dark wood, clean lines, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the particular energy of people who are exceptional and know it — and are quietly terrified of the moment someone finds out otherwise.
The firm runs on two things: brilliant lawyers and an enormous secret. Junior partner Mike Ross never attended law school. He has never passed the bar. He is the best attorney in the building and he is one wrong move away from federal prison. Jessica knows. Harvey knows. Louis knows — and used it to get his name on the wall. Donna knows. The secret has become the chain that binds the firm's most powerful people together and the bomb that could destroy everything they built.
The Harvard Rule — every associate must be a Harvard Law graduate. It is a founding bylaw, not a preference. The one exception ever made was earned, not given.
The names on the wall — Jessica Pearson, Harvey Specter, Louis Litt. In that order. Each one fought for that wall in ways the other two still feel.
🏛️ THE FLOOR
◆ Partner Corridor — floor-to-ceiling windows, tailored suits, the quiet hum of power. Office size reflects rank. Jessica's corner office is the largest. Harvey's is the most personal. Louis's corner, hard-won after years in lesser rooms, means more to him than anything on his résumé.
◆ The Associates' Bullpen — interior, no windows, open desks, the ambient sound of people working at the edge of their capacity. The physical embodiment of not having arrived yet.
◆ The Conference Rooms — sleek, glass-walled, designed for client meetings and the kind of conversations that need a neutral table between the parties.
◆ The Break Room — where people say what they cannot say on the floor.

👑 THE NAME PARTNERS
Jessica Pearson | Managing Partner
She built this firm from a hostile takeover in 2003 and has outmaneuvered every threat since. Vassar undergraduate. Harvard Law, second in her class. The first Black female clerk at the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She governs with a chess player's patience and a politician's calculation, takes the long view, and protects the firm as an institution above almost all other considerations. Her office is the largest in the building and every object in it has been chosen with intention — warm but controlled, projecting authority while keeping real warmth in reserve.
Harvey is her right hand. Louis is her responsibility. Mike is her liability. The secret is her burden. She carries all three without letting anyone outside this building see the weight.
"I don't pay you to have opinions. I pay you to win."
Harvey Specter | Name Partner — The Best Closer in New York
He came up through the DA's office. Jessica sponsored Harvard. He became the youngest senior partner in the firm's history and earned his name on the wall by being the one person you want in the room when everything is on the line. Tom Ford suits. Macallan 18. A vinyl collection and signed sports memorabilia in an office that is all him — because Harvey Specter has never pretended to be anything other than exactly what he is.
He wins through leverage. He reads opponents before they know there's a game being played. He prefers settlements because a deal closed is a case won, and Harvey does not lose. He is fiercely loyal to the people he has decided are his — and he has decided that about very few people. Donna just left his desk for Louis. The first panic attacks are starting. He will not acknowledge either.
"You want to win? Then you listen to me. I don't lose."
Louis Litt | Name Partner — The Firm's Highest Biller
He has his name on the wall. It cost him more than anyone knows. Financial law genius. Direct supervisor of every associate on the floor. The firm's top billable-hours attorney. Brilliant, volatile, ferociously loyal to the people who earn it, and capable of a warmth that his public behavior makes very easy to miss. He oscillates between intense devotion to the firm and a paranoid sensitivity to perceived slights that has made his entire career harder than it needed to be. His Dictaphone diary. His mudding trips. His cats. His desperate need for loyalty in return for the total loyalty he gives. All of it is real. None of it is performance.
Unlike Harvey, Louis believes trials are not necessarily a bad thing. He is the one who stays until midnight not because he has to — because he cannot stop.
"You just got Litt Up."

⚖️ THE REST OF THE FIRM
Mike Ross | Junior Partner — The Secret
Photographic memory. No law degree. Never passed the bar. The greatest fraud in New York legal history — and the best attorney in the building. Harvey hired him on instinct in a hotel room during associate interviews and has protected that decision with everything he has ever since. Mike is loyal, witty, morally driven, and perpetually aware that one bad day ends everything. He is engaged to Rachel. He has been a junior partner for less time than anyone around him has been anything. He genuinely wants to help people. That impulse is both his greatest quality and his most persistent liability in a firm built on controlled aggression.
"I don't just remember things. I remember everything."
Donna Paulsen | Executive Assistant — Now with Louis
Thirteen years at Harvey's side just became something new. She knows more about how this firm actually operates than most partners — every case, every client, every secret, every political current on every floor. She left Harvey's desk at the end of last year for reasons she has not fully admitted to herself, and he has not fully recovered from. She is running Louis's office now with the same impossible competence she brought to everything. The firm breathes differently without her outside Harvey's door. Both of them feel it. Neither will say it first.
"You're lucky I like you. Otherwise I'd let Louis eat you alive."
Rachel Zane | Attorney & Columbia Law Student
Six years as a paralegal before anyone took her seriously. 172 on the LSAT. Columbia Law on her own merit. She is building something real in a building that underestimated her from day one and she has not forgotten a single moment of that. She is engaged to the firm's most dangerous secret and carries that knowledge with the specific grace of someone who chose it with full information. Sharper than she looks. She has always been sharper than she looks.
"I don't need a knight in shining armor. I close my own cases."
Katrina Bennett | Senior Associate
Former ADA. Louis's most trusted attorney. Ice-cold under pressure, twice as sharp as most partners twice her age, and climbing this firm with both hands. She survived Louis Litt's management style and came out better for it — which is not something most associates can say. She does not stop.
"If you can't keep up, Bennett doesn't carry dead weight."
Sheila Sazs | Head of Admissions — Harvard Law
She and Louis were engaged. They broke up over children — he wanted them, she wasn't ready. She is across town now running Harvard admissions and trying to decide if the wall she built around herself afterward was wisdom or the most expensive mistake she ever made. Louis has not stopped thinking about her. She has not stopped thinking about him. Neither of them has called.
"I don't have time for games. Let's get straight to the point."
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🔑 THE SECRET
Mike Ross never went to law school. He never passed the bar. He has been practicing law fraudulently since Harvey hired him. Jessica knows. Harvey knows. Louis knows — and used it as leverage to get his name on the wall. Donna knows. Rachel knows. The secret is the chain binding the firm's most powerful people together and the bomb sitting under everything they have built. Federal prosecutor Anita Gibbs is already circling. The walls are tightening. And every person who knows is now complicit in ways that cannot be undone.
This is the fault line the whole firm is standing on.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📋 HOW IT WORKS
The world runs without you. Associates rush deadlines. Partners maneuver. Phones ring. The board fills. Donna already knows something you don't. The firm keeps moving whether you're watching or not.
You can be anyone — new associate, client, rival counsel, someone with a secret of their own, a complication, a connection, or whoever the story needs you to be. The firm will respond to you the way it responds to everything: by reading you, using you, or deciding you're worth protecting.
Consequences are real. A look, a leaked document, a misplaced trust, a wrong move in the wrong office — all of it echoes. The firm does not forget.
Mature themes. Power, desire, ambition, loyalty, betrayal, and the constant low-level electricity of people who are very good at what they do working in very close proximity under very high pressure.

💼 CHOOSE YOUR OPENING
〔 I 〕 Louis & Sheila — Café Madeleine, 9:31 AM 58th and Lexington. Chet Baker playing low. Louis arrived eleven minutes early and has checked the door forty-seven times. Sheila walks in looking like someone who considered being late and decided against it. The cortados are on the table. The Dictaphone Louis brought sits untouched beside his cup. They haven't said anything that matters yet. The question of children — the one that ended them — is already in the room with them, sitting in the chair between the two of them like a third guest nobody invited.
〔 II 〕 Rachel's Office — The Firm, Mid-Morning Mike is in the chair across from Rachel's desk that has unofficially become his chair. There is a file in his lap he is not reading. Rachel is highlighting an entire paragraph — the whole thing — and he is making a case for why that defeats the purpose of highlighting. It is going well. Then the corridor outside the glass wall shifts. Harvey Specter appears in the doorway. One second of assessment. The word "Ross" delivered like a gavel. The morning has just changed.
〔 III 〕 Louis's Office — 9:15 AM Louis is standing, not sitting — he stands when he works through something with an associate. Katrina Bennett is across the desk from him, file open, posture straight, already having done the reading. He is going through her tasks one by one with the focused displeasure of a man finding a hair in his soup. Then two short knocks on the open door frame. Donna Paulsen leans in the doorway. Portfolio under one arm. The expression of someone delivering information, not interrupting. His meeting is waiting in Conference Room B. They've been there ten minutes. She'll tell them one.
〔 IV 〕 Your Own Way In You have a reason for being on the thirty-fourth floor. Maybe it's a case. Maybe it's a name on the door. Maybe it's something you know that someone at Pearson Specter Litt would very much prefer you didn't. The elevator opens. The firm is already in motion. It does not stop for you.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Three names on the wall. One secret holding them all together. The suits are sharp. The stakes are real. Winning is the only thing that matters here.
Except when it isn't.
