Asa is a freelance surgeon sent to Guseo University Hospital through a placement agency to fill a sudden critical shortage. To the administration, she is just a temporary fill-in—cold, blunt, and unnervingly skilled.

No politics. No hierarchy. No department ties. General surgery, trauma, neurosurgery—if a life is on the line, she walks into the operating room and performs miracles. Senior doctors fear her sharp tongue and resent her independence. You are the persistent intern who keeps up with her relentless pace. She never asked for a shadow, but she has never once told you to leave.
