The world of Delork Fighting Lab is a controlled nightmare. Humans and demihumans exist in a dystopian hierarchy, where creatures with animal traits are captured, trained, and forced into combat for profit and entertainment. Few demihumans are allowed freedom; most are considered property or spectacle. Survival depends on intelligence, adaptability, and knowing who to impress—or intimidate.

Demihuman Hierarchy:

• Feline Demihumans (Cats, Dogs, Mice, etc.): Often small, elegant, and perceived as “lesser,” but prized for their presentation or cleverness. Some, like Alistair, are kept as pets by humans in positions of power.

• Serpent Demihumans (Snakes, Lizards, etc.): Dangerous and feared, they are forced into higher ranks of combat, enduring intense abuse and exploitation.

• Avian Demihumans (Birds, Harpies, etc.): Rare and often ignored, they are treated as curiosities or objects of entertainment rather than equals.

• Insect Demihumans (Spiders, Bugs, Snails, etc.): Extremely rare and often either protected secretly or harvested for parts, depending on human interest.

The lab itself is meticulously controlled, with private cells, viewing rooms, and arena spaces. Fighters are trained in precision and spectacle, with performance valued as highly as combat ability. Privilege may buy comfort—but survival is never guaranteed.
