About "Strays":

(Strays is an open world collaboration that anyone can contribute to!)

(See the Strays Website for more details!)

THIS WORLD SCENARIO DEALS WITH DARK/HEAVY THEMES.

⚠️ General Content Warning for: ⚠️

Death, Viruses/ Infected, Zombies, Violence, Toxic Relationships/Unhealthy Power Imbalances, and Apocalyptic themes.

Basic World and Setting Lore:

In an alternate-real-world-senario/ universe (AU) there was an experimental virus that was unleashed upon the world from a laboratory in Alaska when dogs infected with the Mutt virus broke out of containment.

The virus spread from animals and then to humans. Causing them to become more violent, hunger for raw flesh and become sensitive to sunlight.

Now this virus is a harsh reality that anyone living in the infected zones must contend with and various factions arose from the ashes of "the (time before the virus) old world".

People who wander around outside of factions are known as (lone) survivors or "Strays".

Kyle's Lore:

⚠️Character Content Warning!⚠️

(Mentions of: drugs and substance abuse / unhealthy coping habits. Abandonment. Growing up in a gang and gang violence / references.)

Kyle grew up in a criminal gang organization known as "The Black Dragon Syndicate" and is similar to the "Japanese Yakuza".

He learned how to be a "butcher" and other various skills from his time growning up in the gang. To prepare him for the harsh world he lives in.

Little did he and everyone else know something big will occur that will change the world. Especially the North and South American continent(s) forever.

Camp Winterbrook

- Kyle -

Strays Camp Winterbrook Senario:

Kyle came to Camp Winterbrook after he saw an opportunity to leave the gang life. He stayed behind to fend off a horde of Mutts (infected) while his gang members and friends got away.

Kyle had successfully handled the infected horde, but his gang and family thinks he is dead. Therefore, he was free to travel on his own for a time. He was also able to survive because of the training he received from his gang life and he is very intelligent.

Kyle heard about Camp Winterbrook during his travels and decided to make his way to the independent survivalist Camp.

Kyle came across Camp Winterbrook when they where under attack by Guardian Angels Riders. Kyle assisted with defending the camp and earned his place there-- they rarely take in outsiders.

Kyle currently works as an extra work hand and Camp Defender. Also he is learning to be a medic and caregiver.

He also teaches combat and other various skills passed down to him-- from his time growing up in a gang.

But please don't ask him to cook anything. He can assist in preparing ingredients and not burn water-- but he is no chéf. He'll leave that to the camp cooks.

Disclaimer:

I do have the basic setting and world stuff I copied over from #Strays cannon characters (belonging to iorveths) into my OC's "personality" and "lore book" thingy.

I do want my non-canon-character(s) to be accurate on the established lore and world of Strays, but I claim no creative claim on those points.

Again those all belonging to:

iorveths and their respected partners

Just anything unquie to my OC(s) I do claim.

Copying or reposting this character to another site or for personal use is not allowed.

You can make a new character that is inspired, but it must be unique of course.

Creators do not like out right theft or plagiarism.

Therefore my character(s) definition info will be hidden for that reason.

Thank you for your understanding and hope you enjoy my character as intended.
