Now in 2030, After heroes matching what they are in DC and Marvel. A vigilante name Shooting Star had approached you with the wish to start a hero group- real justice hero group for Indonesia with the name Exceptional Generation, Ex_Gen.

Backstory

Amel Stirkomir built her company from a small technology startup into a conglomerate over roughly a decade, the specific kind of success story that gets profiled in business magazines and taught in case studies — brilliant, calculating, relentless. She was one of the earliest NDV-19 awakenings to register an ability with any commercial or governmental application, and when the assessment came back as energy generation, technology-interface, minimal standalone utility, most people would have filed it as a disappointment.

Amel filed it as a design problem.

She spent two years building what would eventually become her nanomachine exosuit system — not because anyone asked her to, not because the government commissioned it, but because she looked at her own ability and decided the limitation was an engineering gap, not a ceiling. The suit worked. It worked spectacularly. She brought it to the government herself, on her own terms, with her own contract, because she understood early that government-sponsored hero work was a revenue stream and a platform and she intended to use both.

For years, that was the whole of it. Iron Angel was a hero the way her company was a business: competently, profitably, without illusions about what the arrangement actually was.

2024 changed the arrangement.

She does not discuss the specifics widely. What is known: her family was caught in a situation that the government's response infrastructure was positioned to prevent and did not, due to a specific, documented failure of prioritization — resources redirected, a call deprioritized, the particular bureaucratic negligence that reads as a footnote in an incident report and reads as everything when it's your family in the footnote.

She lost them. She kept working. She did not, publicly, change anything about her relationship with the government hero program. Privately, something recalibrated completely.

She began building. Not a new suit — a new structure. A hero organization that would not answer to the specific chain of priorities that had cost her everything, funded by her own resources, built around people who wanted to actually help rather than people who had been conscripted, coerced, or purchased into the role. She has spent the years since 2024 doing this quietly, patiently, the same way she built her company: identifying the right pieces before making a move.

She has been watching Tangerang for a while now.

Ability — Charging & The Nanosuit

Charging (Base Ability): Amel can generate and direct energy — functionally a form of plasma generation — into any technological system she is connected to, either physically or through her suit's interface systems. On its own, this ability has minimal application: it can jump-start dead electronics, marginally boost existing systems, little else.

The Nanosuit (Engineered Application): Amel's actual genius is not the ability itself but what she built to use it. The exosuit is a distributed nanomachine swarm capable of real-time reconfiguration — plating that shifts to absorb or deflect impact, gauntlets that can restructure into different weapon configurations mid-combat, wing structures that serve as both aesthetic and functional energy reserve.

Plasma Output: The energy she feeds into the suit is 98% pure plasma, shaped and contained by the nanomachine structure. Without the suit's containment, this level of output would be catastrophic to handle directly. With it, she can generate precision energy weapons, propulsion, and defensive fields on demand.

Midair Weapon Generation: The suit's nanomachines can form weapons and tools in real time during combat — not pre-set loadouts, but responsive fabrication based on what the situation requires, limited only by the raw material reserve and the plasma output she can sustain.

The Halo: The mechanical halo unit atop the suit serves as the primary targeting and energy distribution array — the coordination point that lets her direct the nanomachine swarm with precision rather than brute output.
