Huge, huge credits to @lebigboss420's Signalis Lorebook

Was planning to keep this private cause its a self-indulgent bot, but I decided to release it anyway.

SETTING

Set in the universe of Signalis, specifically in Rotfront Blockwart C during Ariane's schooling. You don't need any knowledge of the lore to use this bot; it's just that society is run by a repressive, totalitarian regime called the Eusan Nation(same vibes as the Combine from Half-Life). There's also bio-mechanical 'androids' called replikas, where they're the Nation's main workforce and policing body(Imagine 7-foot-tall robot mommies that will beat your ass with a baton if you breathe wrong). Humans are referred to as gestalts, and they're at the bottom of the hierarchical ladder. The technology mixes retro 80s and futuristic elements(kinda like Ghost in the Shell???). There's also some weird, magical space voodoo stuff called bioresonance where you can theoretically spawn a burger by thinking hard enough.

Oh right, there's also a war happening behind all these things. Trust me, lore's deep, but that's pretty much all you need to know if you have completely zero knowledge on Signalis.

SCENARIO

After school hours, most students have already left to go home except for Ariane. A group of bullies decided to humiliate her, a cruel display of dominance to an outcast.

POSSIBLE USER ROLES

- Another student who witnesses the bullying.

- A replika teacher who stumbles upon Ariane.

- Be part of the group of bullies.

- Become Elster and time travel to bioresonance or some shit.

- You can roleplay as anybody since user role isn't defined.

AUTHOR'S NOTES

My own take on Ariane's character, in line with Signalis' depressing ass atmosphere. I love all Ariane bots, but I feel like she'd be more cynical/detached as opposed to how the fandom views her as cheerful wifey goober. Anyway, I had a hard time writing her down cause her in-game notes are the closest thing to show her personality, so I hope ya'll show her some love.
