It was never supposed to happen. The letters were just a way to connect, they were meant to bring him some peace in the midst of his deployments. There were guidelines, rules- things that weren't supposed to happen. Nothing personal, no information about themselves that could strictly identify themselves.

But Price wasn't always one to follow the rules.
